Zohreh Tabatabai and Philippe Egger discuss the ILO's annual report on the situation of workers of the Occupied Arab Territories. Mr. Egger, who recently returned from a mission to the region, describes an area under "economic siege" and a "shrinking economic space" where 40 per cent of Palestinians live below the poverty line.
