This handbook was designed for ILO Gender Network members as well as all ILO staff and representatives of constituents - governments, and employers' and workers' organizations - as a support to effectively mainstream gender in all their work.
The handbook comprises key documents and materials on promoting equality between women and men in the world of work. The contents can serve as background information when preparing presentations or briefings, as a guide when designing initiatives or activities, and when advising others.
All of the pages can be photocopied for use as handouts during training workshops or as information flyers.
