The 2011 ILO’s Inter-Regional Gender Learning Forum

The Forum will bring together ILO’s Global Network of Regional and Sub-regional Gender Specialists, Sector Gender Coordinators, GENDER staff and other key staff members from HQ and from the Arab States Region.

The Forum aims to exchange experiences across the Gender Network on progress, good practices and challenges in promoting gender equality. It also helps strengthen the Gender Network’s capacities through teamwork and fosters synergies between the field and the headquarters, and addresses recent developments and trends regarding impact of crises on gender
equality in the world of work.

The Forum is organized by the ILO Bureau for Gender Equality in collaboration with the ILO Regional Office for Arab States.
