This seminar, supported by ILO, was attended by 45 Mexican trade unionists, of whom 31 were women and 14 were men. The idea for the seminar emerged when the Mexican Trade Union Confederation requested support from the ILO to elaborate a trade union plan of action to eliminate child labour in Mexico.
