Decision on the twelfth item on the agenda: Report of the Director-General
The Governing Body noted that the Director-General, after having duly consulted the Officers of the Governing Body, had appointed Mr Houngbo as Deputy Director-General for Field Operations and Partnerships as of 1 March 2013. Mr Houngbo made and signed the prescribed declaration of loyalty as provided under article 1.4(b) of the ILO Staff Regulations.
