Decision on the 12th item on the agenda: Progress on implementing the 2009 International Labour Conference resolution concerning gender equality at the heart of
decent work

The Governing Body requested the Director-General to:

(a) continue to guide the Office, within the parameters of the programme and budget, in assisting constituents to implement the 2009 ILC resolution concerning gender equality at the heart of decent work; and

(b) bolster Office efforts in the priority areas identified in 2009 and where measurable progress has not been made to date; constituents should be consulted in this prioritization and the Office should report back to the Governing Body.
