Decision on the first item on the agenda: Programme and Budget for 2010–11: Regular budget account and Working Capital Fund
The Governing Body delegated its authority under article 16 of the Financial Regulations by requesting the Director-General to submit proposals for any necessary transfers within the 2010–11 expenditure budget to the Chairperson of the Governing Body for approval, prior to the closing of the biennial accounts, subject to confirmation of such approval by the Governing Body at its 313th Session (March 2012).
