Registration and information facilities

During the 331st Session of the Governing Body (26 October-9 November 2017)

Governing Body members, as well as ILO member States wishing to attend the session as observers, are kindly requested to submit their credentials to the Governing Body Secretariat (governingbody@ilo.org). They may then withdraw their badges, as well as those of their delegation, on presentation of the  authorization form, duly completed. 
Members of delegations who already hold a permanent access badge to the ILO building do not need to collect another badge to follow the Governing Body session.


Registration desk
  • Opening hours: Thursday, 26 October to Thursday, 9 November inclusive (except for Saturdays and Sundays) from 8:00 to 17:00 non-stop (outside these hours, please contact the Control Centre at R3-North - tel: 022 799 80 15).
  • Function: Distribution of entry badges to the building and named participant badges for the session. Holders of entry badges to the building issued before July 2016 are advised that these are no longer valid and must therefore be replaced.
  • Place: R2 south level of the building, near the newspaper shop (access by door 4).
  • Press and media representatives are kindly requested to register with the Department of Communication and Public Information (tel: 022 799 7912, email: communication@ilo.org).
Information desk
  • Opening hours:Monday, 30 October to Thursday, 9 November inclusive (except for Saturdays and Sundays) from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
  • Function: For all requests for information.
  • Place: R3 south level of the building, near to the Governing Body room (access by door 4).
