The Governing Body took note of the comments made on this question by the Employer Vice-Chairperson, the Worker Vice-Chairperson, the Government representative of Canada, speaking on behalf of the group of the Industrialized Market Economy Countries (IMEC) and by the Government representatives of Spain and South Africa.
