Second meeting of the Preparatory Tripartite MLC, 2006 Committee (Geneva, 12–14 December 2011): Final report

The Preparatory Tripartite MLC, 2006 Committee (PTMLC) was established by the 306th Session of the Governing Body to prepare the work for the future Special Tripartite Committee, to be established under Article XIII of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006), on any question that might need to be dealt with as a matter of urgency after the entry into force of the Convention, including the rules of procedure of the Committee. The second meeting of the PTMLC was held from 12 to 14 December 2011 to discuss the proposal for draft Standing Orders of the Special Tripartite Committee. The final report of this meeting and the list of participants are attached.
