Since its release in February 2004, the Report has generated many reactions by different key actors, including Heads of State and Government, Ministers, International Organizations, Parliamentarians, National and Social Councils, Civil Society, Trade Unions, Business and the Press. It has also led to a number of references in various intergovernmental decisions and resolutions.
