Terms of Reference - “Skills 21 – Empowering citizens for inclusive and sustainable growth” - Independent midterm evaluation

The International Labour Office (ILO) proposes to engage the services of one international team leader and one national consultant for the Mid Term Independent Evaluation of the project “Skills 21 – Empowering citizens for inclusive and sustainable growth” The evaluation is to be conducted during October 2019- January 2020. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and better employment opportunities through an environmentally conscious, inclusive, demand-driven, and interlinked skills development system responding to the needs of the labour market.Interested candidates for any of the two positions should send the following to Divya Verma (divya@ilo.org) with a copy to Arif Tahmid (arift@ilo.org ), indicating BGD/16/04/EUR in the email’s subject line: A statement describing how the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications for this assignment.
