Checklist 10: Documents for Project Evaluators

The evaluation manager uses this list to check and ensure that all pertinent documents are supplied to the consultant at the time of signing the contract. One document, the template called The Code of Conduct Form, must be signed and returned to EVAL as part of signing the contract. Links to all relevant EVAL guidance for preparing the report are presented in the list, as well as samples of documents which the consultant will need from other sources to conduct the evaluation.
