  1. UN Joint Programme on Harnessing Sustainable Linkages for the SMEs In Turkey's Textile Sector

    With the aim of enhancing international competitiveness of SMEs and promoting decent work in textile and clothing sector of Turkey, UNDP, UNIDO and ILO in cooperation with İTKİB (İstanbul Textile and Apparel Exporters Association) has launched a Joint Programme (JP) on "Harnessing Sustainable Linkages for the SMEs in Turkey's Textile Sector".

  2. Decent Work Country Programme for the Republic of Kazakhstan 2010 - 2012

    This Decent Work Country Programme has been designed together with tripartite constituens in the Republic of Kazakhstan to continue joint efforts to promote the principles of Decent Work in Kazakhstan, aiming at sustainable socio-economic development and improvement of livint standards of men and women.

  1. Decent Work Country Programme for Romania 2008 - 2009

    The primary goal of the ILO is to promote opportunities for women and men to obtain decent and productive work in conditions of freedom, equity, security and human dignity. DWCPs promote decent work as a key component of development policies and at the same time as a national policy objective of governments and social partners.

  2. Decent Work Country Programme for the Kyrgyz Republic 2006 - 2009

    The Kyrgyz Republic and the ILO cooperate on 1. Employment creation, skills and employability; 2. Improving the national occupational safety and health system; 3. Reducing Decent Work deficits in the informal economy.

  3. Decent Work Country Programme for the Republic of Bulgaria 2008 - 2009

    This document reflects the strategic planning of ILO cooperation activities with Bulgaria for 2008-2009. Reflecting the constituents' as well as the ILO's assessment of past cooperation, the Agenda aims at ensuring greater synergies and stronger coherence of ILO's support to Bulgaria and thus contributes to achieving impact and sustainable outcomes.

  4. Elimination of human trafficking from Moldova and Ukraine through labour market based measures

    The project offers a long-term perspective against trafficking in human beings in Moldova and Ukraine by addressing gaps in the current implementation of National Action Plans against Human Trafficking.


  1. Auditing and Certification Programmes: A Research Project

    3 January - 30 June 2005

    In 2005 ILO, in cooperation with the EU, will conduct a research project on auditing and certification. The project will be implemented by ILO Ankara Office and Multinational Enterprises Department in Geneva. The project will survey the extent, costs and benefits of auditing and certification programmes in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey.
