The EMP/POLICY’s work is organized in two Units, namely the Country Employment Policy Unit (EMP/CEPOL) and the Employment-Intensive Investment Unit (EMP/INVEST) and a Programme on Informal Economy. The Department also hosts the Youth Employment Network (YEN), a partnership programme between ILO, the World Bank and the United Nations.
