Report of survey on the school-to-work transition of young women and men in Vietnam

Based on a survey of 1200 young men and women comprising in-school youth, job-seekers, employees, self-employed workers and employers and managers of young people. Investigates young people’s experiences of education and training, job search, employment and working conditions and their attitudes towards gender. Examines the attitudes of employers of young workers, focusing on recruitment, education and training. Makes recommendations for policy development and direct interventions.
