A five-day training of trainers workshop on performance monitoring and impact evaluation of the measures of the Portuguese Youth Guarantee took place in Lisbon 17 to 21 November. The workshop dealt with the development of performance indicators; collection of baseline and monitoring data; analysis of performance of programmes and impact evaluation. This workshop is part of a technical support package for Eurozone countries that are experiencing the most severe youth employment crisis.
