Tourism sector: Business Opportunities and Support Services (BOSS) Project - Intervention report

This report is one in a series of intervention reports, with a focus on the development of the tourism sector delivered in collaboration with the ILOs key counterpart, the Institute for Business Support (IADE).

This intervention report will focus on the interventions in the tourism sector, which has aimed to improve tourism service delivery at the local level, enhance local and national industry representation and coordination, and support marketing efforts of Timor-Leste as a tourism destination. The BOSS interventions have been delivered using a “Making Markets Work for the Poor” (M4P) approach, avoiding direct intervention by working through key firms and agencies (market players) in the sector.
