An operational guide to Local Value Chain development

Combining Local Economic Development (LED) with Value Chain Development (VCD) to strengthen competitiveness and integration of SMEs into markets, this guide is the result of joint efforts. It is based on actual learning experiences made by the ILO Entergrowth project in Sri Lanka. It is therefore also a document in progress, as new experiences are made along the way.
