Examines policies and practices with regard to industrial relations, employment and working and living conditions in multinational enterprises which own or operate plantations in Kenya in light of the principles and recommendations contained in the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Princilples concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy.
