The labour Principles of the United Nations Global Compact – A Guide for Business

A publication of the UN Global Compact Labour Working Group, this Guide aims to help companies better understand and apply the four labour principles into practice (UN Global Compact principles 3-6). In a question and answer format, this Guide provides a description of each of the four Global Compact labour principles, and also provides practical guidance on what companies can do to respect, promote, and realise them. It also contains an inventory of key ILO resources that can help companies put the labour principles in practice.
