Gender Issues in Cooperatives - an ILO/ICA Perspective - 2 Hours of Gender Issues for Cooperatives Leaders (a gender sensitization package)

This gender sensitization package for cooperative leaders contains a training module with accompanying transparencies and additional information material for the trainer/moderator. The package also contains a promotional poster and leaflets. Through using the package, participants examine the traditional roles of women and men, understand why women should participate fully in cooperative development, appreciate the need for women's increased access to cooperative training and education, and develop an understanding of gender analysis and planning.
