Information provided by flag state (Government of Panama):A note has been sent to the legal representative, as well as to the operator/owner of the ship. At the same time, all related procedure has been restricted, which impedes her to leave the register without accomplishing its obligations. Until this moment, only 6 seafarers have been repatriated and the Vietnamese authorities, where the ship is located, are taking actions to order the owner to take his responsibilities.
