Informed by flag state (Government of Panama):A communication has been sent to the legal representatives of the ship. Several follow up notes have also been exchanged with ITF. In addition, the operators sent a confirmation note indicating the procedures that have been taken to repatriate the seafarers and to pay them all remaining salaries. In the past 7 August 2009, the crew was repatriated to their place of origin. The only remaining questions is the confirmation from the Captain that all due salaries have been paid.
