Govt. of Panama (31 December 2020)
PMA imposed a documentary restriction over the vessel, which prevent the cancelation of the registry and the change of ownership in the registry.
According to the Database, on May 23, 2017, ITF indicated "Arrested with ITF support", and on December 07, 2017, ITF indicated "SEF applied for, vessel sent to auction, expect outcome mid Jan."

From Panama Maritime Authority
PMA has sent email dated June 30, 2021 to the captain of the vessel requesting an update of this case. According to email dated June 30, 2021, Capt said this Admiralty Suit came up in the High Court List on September 9, 2020 for hearing of arguments by the crew. The Court upon hearing us kept the matter as CAV (Case Awaiting Verdict).
