According to the Database, on December 07, 2017, ITF indicated that "Seafarers paid for themselves to get home, wages outstanding." Owners owed 4 months outstanding wages to all the crew
Through email date August 20, 2021 We request an update report of the case to ITF Inspector in charge of the case.
September 01, 2021. We received from ITF the following comment: "It's been a long time. The seafarers are still missing their wages. The ship is still registered in Panama, owned by MMS Ship Invest Inc, manged and operated by ASE Shipping Inc in Greece. The vessel is curre11tly in Luanda".
Through email date September 03, 2021 We have request to ITF
Inspector in charge of the case, general information of each seafarers and the amount owed.
Through email date September 15, 2021. Through email dated
September I 3, 2021 ITF provide us the names of seafarers and their amount owed.
Through email date October 10, 2021. Through email dated October 10, 2021 we notified the filing of a labour complaint against the vessel for the infringement of the MLC and the non-payment of wages for the sum of USD$101.600.00.
According lo the information received from ITF.
Through email date January 06, 2022. Through email dated January 06, 2022 we proceed to send a reminder email with the notification of the filing of a labour complaint against the vessel for the infringement of the MLC and the non-payment of wages for the sum of USD$101.600.00.
We are wailing for reply.
Through email date April 12, 2022. We sent an email on April 12, 2022 to the shipowners asking them to update us on this complaint, and asking for some proof of payment of the wages owed.
