This case was never reported to the Maritime Labour Affairs Department.
According to the Database, on December 07, 2017, ITF indicated "No futher updated expected", based on this we request that this complaint be label as "INACTIVE".
Additionally, IMO indicated that "Flag has been changed into Togo since 2012-07. Current name is Angelina". Based on the above, under International Law once the vessel was cancelled from our registry, Panama lost his exclusive jurisdiction over such vessel, as per Article 92(1) and 92 of UNCLOS.

According to the Database, the IMO indicated that "Flag has been changed into Togo since 2012-07. Current name is Angelina". According to IHS webpage (Sea-web), currently the vessel name is CRISNIK and the Flag is Togo.
