Requested the owner Mr. Vadym Ashurov of ¿V and V¿ in Moscow to pay outstanding wages and repatriation, and reported Ukrainian and Russian Embassies in Tokyo.

Ukrainian and Russian governments repatriated them.
Payment status:22 July 2009: Payment Pending
USD 65,028 for Ukrainian, Unknown for Russian.
Comments and Observations:ITF (22 July 2009)
Provisional Certificate of Registry issued by international Ship Registry of Cambodia expired on July 25, 2006. So, ITF could't notify this situation to flag state.

International Shipping Federation (9 April 2010)
Russian(10) and Ukraine(4) crews were repatriated to their countries after an interview with the Japanese Coast Guard. Total cost of work to remove a vessel was about twenty million Japanese yen(approx f130,000). Japanese Fishing Association tried to contact owner to demand payment but had no success.

ITF (25 November 2016)
The case is closed but the seafarers have not received all outstanding wages.
