Circunstancias:No D/O, Provision does not supply on time and not enough, wages not paid from March. Red cross, Port and Customs authorities supplying food. A meeting took place with the owner on 24 May, but they did not appear for a second meeting scheduled on 30 May and have since cut all contact.

Financial Security (Hanseatic Underwriters) is valid from 07.12.2017 to 07.12.2018.

The ship was detained by the Korean authorities in relation to the UN resolution regarding sanctions against North Korea since which time the owner has ceased paying wages or providing food and diesel oil. I understand that the P&I club has been contacted. I will be following up with them. Best, Katie

Vessel is now dead. Contact with the crew has been lost and we have no confirmation that the outstanding wages were paid. Closed.
