Comentarios y observaciones:Mongolia (24 Febrero 2015)
Mongolia Marad informed that they, through the Mongolia Ship Registry in Singapore, tried to contact the vessel owner in Singapore for the explanation on the situation and for delivering letter urging rapid settlement of the case and warning the possibility of the court action in case it is not settled.

The owners were issued MLC Certificate of Compliance No. 34001392 on 15 May 2014 under the Authority of the Government of Mongolia. Flag State is aware of the crew's grievances and reported breaches of the MLC.
