Circumstances:The crew have not been paid since September 2018. It appears that the owner is unable to pay wages or repatriation. As per the last visit to vessel by ITF affiliate, on 9 November 2018, there is a sufficient supply of provisions on board.

Singapore Maritime and Port authority (MPA) informed by a crew member of the unpaid wages.

9 November 2018: Flag State informed
As the vessel is registered in Panama, MPA informed the crew members on 9 Nov 2018 that they are working with the Panama Maritime Authority to address the settlement of the outstanding crew wages, given that the flag State of a ship has primary jurisdiction over the ship flying its flag, its master, officers and crew with regards to administrative, technical and social matters concerning the ship. The crew subsequently notified MPA on the same day that the company CEO and ITF had boarded the vessel and the matters pertaining to their repatriation and wages have been resolved. MPA's Port State Control Inspector had also boarded the ship to inspect the working conditions and crew welfare on board. MPA noted that the previous crew were fully remunerated and had all signed off. MPA also inspected the crew cabins, mess room and galley and they were all found to be in order. Supplies of food and drinking water were also found to be sufficient and well stocked.
Repatriation status:13 November 2018: Repatriated
According to the crew, they reported that they have received all outstanding wages and were repatriated on 13 Dec 2018 (Thursday).
Payment status:13 December 2018: Paid
According to the crew, they reported that they have received all outstanding wages and were repatriated on 13 Dec 2018 (Thursday).

Please noted that the P&I club only paid for those that were still on board the vessel at the time of repatriation.
