Contains definitions and classification of mining activity, conditions and procedures for obtaining licence, management and state mining strategy, different types of employment in the industry, monitoring, technical equipment.
Article 7 mentions conditions to ensure occupation safety and health in mining activities. Articles 23 and 24 determine conditions for performing specific work positions in the industry. Article 73 deals with technical regulations on ensuring occupational safety and health. Articles 124-128 deal with supervision of mining activities, including educational qualification of inspectors, and their responsibilities with regards to supervision of health and safety procedures.
