Makes the following amendments:
- Subsection 3(1) (definition of Director): Delete the definition, substitute "Director General means the Director General responsible for land tribunal;"
- Subsection 3(1) (definition of Minister): Delete "lands", substitute "land tribunal"
- Subsection 34(2): After "Director", insert "General"
- Paragraph 38(1)(c): After "Director", insert "General"
- Section 40 (Heading): After "Director", insert "General"
- Subsection 40(1), paragraphs 40(1)(a), (b), (d), subsections 40(2) and (3)
- After "Director" (wherever occurring), insert "General"
