Enters into force the Decree of 22 August 1996 (Netherlands Stb.438) as amended on 1 September 1995 and which incorporates the guidelines of the Council of the European Communities (Nr.92/29/EEG of 31 March 1992) concerning the minimum regulations for security and health and the promotion of better medical services on board ships (PbEG L 113).
