Made under Law No. (46) of 2006, the Maritime Authority Law of Jordan.
Amends Section 6(3), Section 22(9)(4), Section 22(10)(3), Section 22(11)(4), Section 26(2), Section 27(3), Section 43 and Section 46, of the Original Instructions concerning the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping.
The main amendments are on the Validity of a Medical Certificates.
