Amends the Fair Labour Standards Ordinance 1988 by replacing the words "workers", "workmen" and "work-people" where they occur, by the words "employee" or "employees", and in relation, inter alia, to pay in connection with normal work hours, distribution of gratuities, settlement of disputes, and maternity leave pay.
