Introduces minor changes in the wording of para 1 of article 6 (An Organizer of an Assembly).
Repeals part 3 of article 6.

Defines rights of trade unions and lays down guarantees for their activities.
Chapter I contains general provisions guaranteeing, inter alia, the right to organize (s. 3) and the independence of trade unions (s. 5). Section 6 prohibits the involvement of trade unions in political activities. Chapter II outlines fundamental rights of trade unions, including the right to conclude collective agreements (s. 14) and the right to hold mass events (s. 19). Chapter III provides legal guarantees for the activities and property ownership of trade unions.
