Chapter II regulates duties of police officers; Part III rights of police officers, including right to use physical force and firerarms. Part IV provides for organisational structure of police, competence of police institutions and divisions of responsibilities, Part V for legal protection, work guarantees and liability of police officers, Part VI for service in the State police, Chapter VII for financing of police activities and supply of material and technical facilities, and finally Chapter VIII for control and supervision of police activities.
