Amendment to the Law on Pensions and Benefits Payable from the Social Insurance Fund.

Amends the Law on Pensions and Benefits payable from the Social Insurance Fund of 1994 by including a new Chapter 6 on Pregnancy and Maternity Allowances. The new Chapter establishes the conditions for the entitlement to pregnancy and maternity allowances, and defines allowance rates and duration of payment.
