Establishes procedures concerning the evaluation of disability for the purposes of employment accident benefits. Section One establishes the composition and terms of reference of medical boards. This governs general medical boards as well as municipal disability evaluation boards. Provides for board composition, membership, and decisions. Section Two establishes the criteria for the evaluation of disability. Sets the percentages of disability for various injuries. Section Three regulates the procedure for verifying a disability and determining its extent. Provides for the reports, decisions and meetings of medical boards in this regard. Governs occupational diseases. Section Four makes general and consequential provisions.
