Comprised of 15 Chapters and 63 Articles. Chapter 1 provides for general principles such as non-discrimination, equal remuneration, freedom of association and restriction of forced labour. Chapter 2 concerns labour management rules. Chapter 3 regulates labour contracts and termination of employment. Chapter 4 deals with working hours and rest periods. Chapter 5 provides for work rules and Chapter 6 governs female and child labour. Chapters 7 and 8 regulate salaries or wages and guarantee of salaries or wages. Chapter 9 deals with income tax and social security. Chapters 10 and 11 concern labour protection and occupational accidents. Chapter 12 provides for retirement pensions and allowances. Chapter 13 regulates settlement of labour disputes. Chapters 14 and 15 deal with matters such as contravention of the Labour Act and regulations on the implementation of the Labour Act.
