Essential Services Arbitration (Amendment of Schedule) Order (No. 21 of 2012).

Amends the Schedule to the Essential Services Arbitration Act by inserting, immediately below paragraph 10, the following as paragraph 11 -
"11. Any service provided by the Demerara Harbour Bridge Corporation and the Berbice Bridge Company Inc. related to the Demerara Harbour Bridge and the Berbice River Bridge, respectively."

Public Utility Undertakings and Public Health Services Arbitration (Amendment) Act, 2009 (No. 14 of 2009).

Makes several amendments to the Public Utility Undertakings and Public Health Services Arbitration Act (Cap. 54:01). It amends the following:
- the long title of the Act by deleting the words "in public utility undertakings and in certain services and to prohibit strikes and lock-outs in such undertakings or services", and substitutes them with the words "in essential services and to prohibit strikes and lock-outs in such services";
- section 1(1) by replacing "Public Utility Undertakings and Public Health Services" with "Essential Services";
- Section 1(2) by replacing "those services" with "the essential services";
- Section 4 by replacing "a Public Utility and Public Health Services Arbitration Tribunal" with "an Essential Services Arbitration Tribunal";
- Section 19(1) by replacing the whole sub-section concerning offences;
- Repeals and replaces the Schedule now entitled "Essential Services" and in which all of the essential services are listed.
