Chapter Six governs the control of staff numbers, organizing and training. Chapter Seven establishes procedures concerning the resignation and transfer of personnel. Chapter Eight provides for leave and holidays. Chapter Nine regulates allowances and overtime rates. Establishes that overtime work fees are not to exceed twenty-five per cent of the monthly salary. Chapter Ten makes general provisions.
