Amendment of the Electrical, Engineering and Mechanical Workshops (Remuneration Order) Regulations 1983 made under the Industrial Relations Act to provide a maternity benefit of twelve weeks' leave on full pay plus an allowance of Rs 300. After three such leaves, a female employee will only be allowed leave without pay.
