Amendments to the Fishermen's Regulations, Part V of the Unemployment Insurance Regulations, consequential upon the changes to the Unemployment Insurance Act. In order to cover self-employed fishermen under the Unemployment Insurance Act certain special rules are required and are presented in the Fishermen's Regulations. For this purpose, fishermen are divided into two categories: year-round fishermen and seasonal fishermen.
