Issued by the State Enterprise Relation Committee. Repeals and replaces section 14 of the Regulations regarding standard of right and benefit of state enterprise employees BE 2534 (12 September 1991). The new section 14 provides sixty days' paid leave for pregnant employees, as well as thirty days of paid personal leave to look after the infant.

Provides that female employees are entitled to take maternity leave before and after delivery of not more than ninety days, and that the employer shall pay the employee on maternity leave her normal pay throughout the leave period, but not for more than forty-five days.
