Provides all employees the right to a certain amount of paid leave. Minimum leave is set at 21 days; length of leave shall be determined according to type of employment and length of service. Provides additional leave for persons with hazardous or arduous occupations, or employees who are under 16 years of age or who are disabled.
Also provides for maternity leave and partly-paid parental leave for up to three years.
