Comprehensive legislation on cooperatives. Divided into 10 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 provides for supervision and promotion of cooperatives. Part 3 regulates formation, registration and operation of cooperatives, as well as audit and dissolution of cooperatives. Part 4 provides for liquidation, Part 5 for amalgamation of cooperatives, and Part 6 for division of cooperatives. Part 7 deals with cooperative federations; Part 8 with Cooperative League of Thailand. Part 9 provides for farmers groups, and Part 10 for penalties.
