Establishes a system for combating human trafficking. Criminalized the trafficking of human beings, sets penalties for this crime which include imprisonment of up to 15 years and heavy fines. Also defines the cases of human trafficking such as holding a person under control for sexual abuse, forced labour, involuntary begging, slavery or slavery-like practices, and enforced organ removal or medical experimentation.. Also establishes a committee to deal with cases of trafficking, and creates health facilities for treating victims.
