Provides for procedure for, and execution of, imprisonment, detention and administrative detention and custody pending trial. Also makes provision for conditions of prison service. Education and work in prison are regulated by Division 4. Sections 37-44 deal with mandatory work, working conditions in prison, disability pension, work outside prison, release from mandatory work, remuneration of work of prisoners and personal account. Various aspects of work of prison officers are regulated in Sections 112-155, such as admittance to prison service, prison officer career, duties in prison service, social guarantees in prison service, discipline in prison service and release from prison service and reserve of prison officers.
